your flavour

Now taking expressions of interest for 2017

The Flavours of Moorabool takes visitors on a journey through the flavours unique to, and loved by Moorabool. It showcases the shire’s best produce, local wines, beers and ciders along with introducing new ‘flavours’ to our region.

Want your flavour on show to over 1000 people?

We’re on the hunt for wineries, breweries, producers, growers, bakeries, farmers who have a quality flavour to introduce to our festival goers. Show us your fresh produce, culinary delights and expertly crafted wines our region is so famous for!

Please note, we are not accepting applications for general market stalls including candles, party plan and jewellery in 2017.

  • Online exposure – We’re giving the opportunity for selected flavours to be promoted on our website. With discounted tickets available online, website traffic is expected to be over 5000 users.
  • Easy online application and payment – Complete your application, upload your insurance and other supporting documents and we’ll send you an invoice for payment. You can pay via bank transfer or online using VISA or MasterCard.

exposure opportunities

There is an expectation that all exhibitors and licensed vendors provide samples and tastings. Readily available tasting samples attract customers, encourage conversation, and generally leads to increased sales and patronage.

Previous experience is that people attend throughout the full day and sampling should be made available for the duration of the event.

In addition, to encourage patronage and tasting, we’d appreciate a prize donation with a minimum retail value of $20 to be included as part of a hamper we’ll raffle off at the end of the day.

You’ll then receive a book of raffle tickets on the day to distribute amongst customers to either encourage tasting or reward patronage – the choice is yours.

Got something special to exhibit?
